Constable Arrests Drunk Driver in Traffic Stop

On October 24, 2024, a traffic stop was conducted by a deputy from Harris County Constable Mark Herman's Office in the 12400 block of Barr Forest Drive. The driver, identified as 24-year-old Summer Alexandria Hubbard, displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were performed, confirming that she was under the influence.

Summer Hubbard was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 at County Court 7.
