The Third Circuit Court of Appeals will hold a special session away from its home in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on Monday. Students from various schools in the Rapides Parish district will gather in the ASH Auditorium to observe the proceedings of several court cases.

In preparation for this event, Judge Shannon Gremillion visited multiple high schools to discuss the court system and the specific cases that students would be witnessing. The school board expressed gratitude for Judge Gremillion's efforts in sharing his knowledge and expertise with the students.
