Community leaders and environmental justice advocates gathered in the Coachella Valley for the inaugural Healthy Desert, Healthy You summit on Friday and Saturday. The event was presented by the Desert Healthcare District and Foundation. The summit focused on issues related to environmental justice and community health, addressing topics such as air and water quality. The Coachella Valley Economic Partnership (CVEP) played a role in planning the event.
