Leaders Unite to Combat Litter in Louisiana

On October 3, 2023, Mayor Jacques Roy and the City of Alexandria co-hosted the Leaders Against Litter Summit in Alexandria, Louisiana. The event was organized in collaboration with the Office of Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser. It gathered local elected officials and community leaders to engage in discussions focused on strategies to reduce litter and improve cleanliness in the region. The initiative aims to foster a cleaner environment throughout Louisiana.
