Crowded Worksheets: Effective Strategies and Team Announcements

Staff Report / MeridianLocal.org

In recent updates from the West Ada School District in Meridian, Idaho, strategies have been implemented to address the issue of overly crowded worksheets. The recommended solutions include cutting the paper into smaller sections to isolate content, which can help reduce the amount of text on each sheet. Additionally, covering certain sections of the worksheet can also aid in minimizing visual clutter.

In another announcement, the school district has welcomed Caitlin Bothke as the new Special Education Paraprofessional Recruiter and Trainer. Bothke will work closely with paraprofessional PLC leads to onboard new paraprofessionals and ensure they receive proper training and support. The district highlights the positive collaboration among paraprofessionals and their contributions to special services education.
