The City of Alexandria, Louisiana is accepting housing rehabilitation applications from September 3 to 6, 2024, at the Bolton Avenue Community Center. The application hours are from 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 3PM.

To be eligible, applicants must meet income limits based on family size:

- For a family of 1, the maximum income limit is $38,650.

- For a family of 2, the maximum income limit is $44,200.

- The income limits increase with family size, with the highest limit being $72,900 for a family of 8.

Applicants are required to bring a valid photo ID and 2 months of income documents for all household members aged 18 or older, such as check stubs, bank statements, and Social Security award letters.

Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and applicants must live within the city limits and have owned and occupied their home for at least 1 year.
