These assessments are provided at no cost to the client and aim to provide vital information before making a significant investment. Commercial property buyers are encouraged to consider potential environmental concerns like asbestos, lead-based paint, or chemical contamination in the soil before making a purchase. The City of Alexandria is available to help by performing Phase I & Phase II Reports to understand these issues and guide property owners through necessary cleanup steps.
