Widespread Rain Expected Across New York This Weekend

The National Weather Service in Buffalo is predicting generally quiet weather through Friday with a chance of a few showers in some areas tonight. Residents in higher terrain areas like the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes can expect areas of fog developing.

On Friday night and into Saturday, widespread wet weather is expected in the Buffalo area and across various locations in New York. The probability of rain will increase significantly in cities like Alexandria Bay, Lowville, Oswego, Youngstown, Rochester, Newark, and Buffalo. Residents should prepare for potentially rainy conditions during this time frame.
