**November-Like Weather Expected Through Midweek, Followed by Warming Trend**

From Tuesday, October 15, colder temperatures and significant rain showers are forecasted across several regions. The likelihood of rain varies, with Dunkirk expecting a 50% chance, Jamestown at 40%, and Rochester at 75%. Other areas like Buffalo and Springville have rain chances of 15% and 15% respectively, while regions like Wellsville and Dansville anticipate higher chances of 40% and 45%.

Maximum temperatures predicted for Tuesday are as follows:

- Dunkirk: High of 50°F

- Jamestown: High of 51°F

- Buffalo: High of 49°F

- Springville: High of 49°F

- Olean: High of 47°F

- Medina: High of 47°F

- Batavia: High of 49°F

Chilly conditions will persist until midweek, with some areas experiencing mixed precipitation of rain and snow, particularly in higher terrain early Tuesday and again overnight.

By Wednesday, high pressure is expected to settle in, bringing dry weather. Temperatures are predicted to rise significantly, with a warming trend anticipated from Thursday through Monday.
