**Buffalo Police Department Arrests Suspect for Harassment of Postal Worker**

The Buffalo Police Department announced an arrest made on November 18, 2024, in connection with the harassment of a United States Postal Service mail carrier.

At around 10:45 a.m., officers from the C District responded to a reported assault on the 400 block of Doat Street. According to witnesses, a verbal altercation escalated when an unknown male yelled at the mail carrier, then shoved and struck him. The suspect subsequently fled the scene in a vehicle, and a description of the vehicle was provided by those present.

Shortly after the incident, Cheektowaga Police located and stopped the vehicle. They notified the Buffalo Police, who apprehended the suspect without any further incident.

Kenneth Livingston, age 37 and a resident of Buffalo, has been charged with one count of Harassment in the Second Degree, classified as a violation under New York State Penal Law.

The Buffalo Police Department has expressed gratitude to the Cheektowaga Police Department for their assistance in the case.
