**Adopt Johnny Cash: A Sweet Pup in Need of a Home**

The Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is looking for a loving home for a one-year-old dog named Johnny Cash. Initially very scared when he arrived, Johnny has made significant progress and is now described as a big, goofy baby with soulful eyes.

Johnny is a gentle soul who requires time and patience to adjust to new people. Once he warms up, he is eager to please his human companions. He enjoys playing with toys and has a cozy habit of cuddling with them while he sleeps.

The organization is currently assessing how Johnny would do with other pets, but there is optimism that he would thrive with a confident and patient dog as a companion.
